Development Director

Barry is an entrepreneurial and results driven Property Professional with over 20years’ experience gained from both an agency and client-side background. He has an excellent strategic understanding and experience of the key issues required to deliver complex master planned developments.

•  Barry was previously a Land and Development Director at Watkin Jones PLC leading the Homes Division.

• Key strengths include the management, control, and responsibility of design, planning, build costs, program, and other key development factors to ensure schemes are delivered on programme and within budget.

•  The role involved the successful growth of the single family build to rent and affordable pipeline

• Previously Barry  was a Development Director at a Private Market leading BtR specialist - owned by Washington State Investment Board’s (WSIB) Evergreen Fund. >£400m portfolio. His role was to act as the Project Lead for a number of complex London focused residential schemes through planning and delivery.
