Construction and Contracts Director

A strategic thinking Development and Construction Professional with extensive experience working at a senior level within client organisations, client-side consultancy providers and a residential modular supplier delivering projects up to £110 million in value. Since 2013, James has focused exclusively on Build to Rent (BtR) developments. He is a recognised expert in Modular Construction having led the integration of the successful modular build initiatives at Essential Living and also through his Head of Commercial position at Elements Europe – one of the UK’s leading modular manufacturers.

James has recently accepted a part time position as a voluntary Trustee of the Grayshott and District Housing Association. He was a member of the Urban Land Institute drafting team for the second edition of the Build to Rent design guide which included a review of modern methods of construction.
