Investment Director

 Andrew has over 10 years professional property experience specialising in the PRS/BTR and PBSA sectors and is responsible for carrying out the analysis and financial modelling in order to appraise potential opportunities and inform strategic decision making.

Andrew has spent the past 2 years at Dominus, supporting their pivot into the PBSA space to include growing  a pipeline of 4,000 PBSA beds, raising over £500m of development finance and closing the UKs largest single PBSA forward fund transaction.

Prior to Dominus Andrew held contracting roles supporting start up property funds prepare business plans, portfolio models and template appraisal models and also providing modelling for existing businesses by reviewing existing models, implementing improvements are recreating outputs in a more user friendly manner so they could be understood by a wider range of stakeholders.

Earlier Roles include Investment Associate with Essential Living and Investment Analyst at Residential Land where he supported £500m acquisitions acquired with Ivanhoe Cambridge.
