Construction Director

 Frank supported Cast Real Estate Consultancy to building a successful business from start-up stage into an 90-person consultancy within 5 years providing real estate, construction and strategy expertise in all residential tenures and typologies and more generally in construction innovation, viability and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).

•        During this time Frank led the evolution and development of Cast’s Construction Integration and MMC Delivery Partnership offerings working with leading volumetric and panelised manufacturers to support the deployment of their Category 1/2 offerings without the need for them or the Client to have extensive “in-house” construction teams or expertise.

•        He has supported major manufacturers and  supply-chain in entering the UK offsite market and was pivotal in the development of a target operating model and market entry strategy for a leading global material and components supplier.

•        Frank has also provided strategic land support to UK developers evolving their suburban estate housing/build to rent model providing insight into delivery options, analysis and strategic land cost modelling. He has also provided due diligence for such for Private Equity.

•        Frank holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Reading and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
