•  Andrew delivers excellent client facing services through an understanding of key performance deliverables/metrics and aims to take a proactive approach in every task that he faces. His deep understanding of all things Digital, Construction and MMC positions him uniquely to identify and drive value at a strategic level.

• Andrew has a deep understanding of MMC and the capital cost makeup sitting behind systems. He has supported in the digitalisation of several MMC manufacture’s workflows providing insight into their supply chains, processes, and delivery models.

•  Andrew has delivered a mixture of residential sub-sectors including BtR, Later Living, PBSA and Co-Living which has provided him breadth and insight into the residential sector as a whole. He has supported Clients in the management of project budgets and appraisals providing an understanding the various capital stacks, heads of costs, capital calls and payment runs and the constraints and impacts these may drive.
